Deliciously Smoky Tempeh, Perfect for Various Dishes
This version uses garlic puree, gluten-free soy sauce, smoked paprika, and maple syrup for a flavourful and slightly sweet twist. It's easy to prepare and works well in salads, stir-fries, tempeh bacon or as a sandwich filling.

Ingredients:
200g fresh tempeh, thinly sliced
1 tbsp garlic puree
3 tsp smoked paprika
6 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp oil (your choice)
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the garlic puree, smoked paprika, gluten-free soy sauce, and maple syrup. Mix well to create a smooth sauce.
Marinate the Tempeh: Place the thinly sliced tempeh into the marinade and let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
Fry the Tempeh: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the marinated tempeh slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Add the Sauce: Once the tempeh is golden brown, pour any remaining marinade into the pan. Allow the sauce to thicken and coat the tempeh, cooking for about 1 minute.
