As an organic UK producer, Protempeh makes fresh tempeh in small batches in Cambridgeshire, using fair‑trade, non‑GMO Austrian soya beans to create a high‑quality, minimally processed plant protein.
We supply organic tempeh across the UK, acting as both a fresh tempeh supplier for retail customers and a reliable partner for food businesses. Protempeh provides tempeh for foodservice and restaurants as well as ready‑meal producers, caterers and the wider wholesale market, with formats tailored for busy professional kitchens.
Our tempeh is made with organic, non-GMO soybeans. Each serving is packed with protein and fibre, plus it’s a great source of iron, vitamin B, and calcium.
